CIVILICIDE – PARWANA
February 27 2024
In eleven (11) days, it will be the forty-ninth (49) anniversary of International Women’s Day. It will also be, chance cannot be invoked in this matter, it will also be the third anniversary of « FORBIDDEN TO SING » the title of a Manifesto of around thirty pages which I finalized the writing on March 8, 2021. Here is the cover page.
The « Raped Freedom » Choir
On March 6, 2021, on the web, I found:
« A note from Afghan Education Minister Sheikh Al-Hadith prohibits girls over 12 from singing ».
CiviliClash
Forbidden to sing!
Manifesto dedicated to Afghan Girls and Women
« There is a good principle which created order, light and man
and an evil principle which created chaos, darkness and woman ».

The Feminine voice is the vibratory reference oh the Human species.
Nil Parent (written 11/27/1997)
Singing is the noblest way to manifest your Freedom.
In the week that followed, I wrote a second Manifesto of around fifteen pages: « APPALLING ». It calls into question the excessive tolerance of the UN. when it comes to Female Genital Mutilations.
The more than timid strategy put forward by the Secretary General of the United Nations, Mr. António Guterres, deeply shocked me. To be honest, when I found his statement, it blew me away. Here it is:
«Together we can eliminate female genital mutilation by 2030. This will have a positive knock-on effect on the health, education and economic progress of girls and women».
Almost instantly, I said to myself: Honestly? 2030? Another nine (9) years! It’s like « never », it’s like « INDEFINITELY », it’s like « Let’s hope ». In short, it’s once again « wishful thinking », well packaged, UN style.
Then I wondered if my very spontaneous reaction had not been « a little excessively pessimistic ». So, I started a search on the web and quickly found several texts which confirmed my way of seeing. It is simple!
How can we, at the very beginning of the third millennium, with telecommunications technologies being what they are, medical knowledges being what they are, the question of female sub-humanization being what it is, the Universal Declaration of the Rights of « Humans » (and not « of man ») being what it is…..
How can we, « Considering that the recognition of the inherent dignity of all members of the human family and of their equal and inalienable rights constitutes the foundation of freedom, justice and peace in the world »…..
How can we let this horror that is the reality of FGM drag on indefinitely by giving it a falsely terminal timetable of 10 years?
How can we?
But by the way…..
…..before going further, what is it about? What does Female Genital Mutilation mean? This is not beautiful!
Female genital mutilation (FGM), or excision (FGM/E), refers to the total or partial removal of the external female genital organs. Generally performed by a traditional excisor with a knife or razor blade with or without anesthesia, the practice is concentrated in 27 African countries. According to a 2013 UNICEF report, around 130 million women and girls are living with FGM worldwide.
Procedures can range from total or partial rubbing or removal of the foreskin of the clitoris to partial or total removal of the clitoris and labia (excision) or even suturing of the labia to close the vulva (infibulation).
FGM has no known health benefits and the most common complications include bleeding during the operation, urinary infections, painful periods, chronic pain, reduced sexual pleasure and problems during pregnancy.
Variation!
Clitoridectomy involves removing one or more parts of the external genitalia. The clitoral hood is cut and there is partial or total removal of the clitoris. This process affects approximately 85% of women who undergo FGM.

In a more positive but insufficient tone, I then found this:
Over 4 million girls are at risk of female genital mutilation (FGM), the UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres has warned.
« Even one mutilation is one too many » Guterres said in his message on Monday to mark the International Day of Zero Tolerance for FGM, observed annually on Feb. 6.
He appealed for action to stamp out « egregious violation of fundamental human rights » and give greater voice to survivors.
«Female genital mutilation is a horrific & harmful practice, and an abhorrent human rights violation. Let’s redouble efforts & investments to uphold the rights of women & girls everywhere » Guterres said.
The UN estimates that globally, 200 million women and girls have been subjected to some form of FGM, which involves the removal of or injury to female genitalia for non-medical reasons.

SO WHAT?
Recently, I wanted to check whether my hasty conclusion, that of the falsely terminal 10-year timetable, was justified or regrettable.
Regrettably, this is no consolation, I was right. Let us judge!
According to the World Health Organization, as of February 6, 2023, the numbers are more horrible than ever, unacceptable, barbaric, sickly misogynistic.
Year – 4,500,000 FGM
Day – 12,328 FGM
Hour – 513 FGM
Minute – 8.55 FGM
Roughly speaking, there is one FGM every eight (8) seconds.
And this is happening in 2024, not 1024.
In Somalia, 98% of girls aged 5 to 11 have undergone excision.
It is estimated that more than 200 million young girls and women, still alive, have been victims of sexual mutilation practiced in 30 African countries. It is most often practiced on young girls between childhood and 15 years old.
The UNFPA (United Nations Fund for Population Activities) estimates that 68 million girls are at risk of being victims of the practice between 2015 and 2030.
Did you say 2030?
Mr. Secretary General, your responsibility being what it is, your calendar includes, to be polite, a blunder, a painful blunder. The word « shell » would be too light.
The necessary correction is very simple: 10 years = 10 weeks
At the rate of 10 years, that’s around forty million (40,000,000) young girls whose future will forever be marked in their blood; 40,000,000 young girls whose future will forever be marked by blood, 40,000,000 young girls being accused of guilt for wanting to have access to sexual pleasure; 40,000,000 young girls whose future most often risks being completely deprived of Freedom.
40,000,000 MGF for another decade?
NO!
This is completely barbaric and inhumane!
I do say here that the UN, with its Universal Charter of Human Rights must not accept to keep among its members political entities which voluntarily or through indifference allow Female Genital Mutilation to continue.
For any Member State which does not respect the new timetable (10 weeks) which it is up to you to impose with all the required firmness, the only possible outcome is….
LA PORTE! – THE DOOR!
That said, out of respect for my daughters, I don’t see why I should agree to welcome into my home men who prescribe, support, encourage or simply tolerate Female Genital Mutilation.
This goes against the most fundamental signature value of the occidental tradition, that of the principle of parity of rights between Women and Men, between Females and Males, between the « XX » and the « XY ».
FWomen everywhere, 22 minutes past the hour, sing
Peace!
Women everywhere, 22 minutes past the hour, save the
World!

Post-scriptum
« We must fear the homogenization of the human race »
Norman Mailer (1923 – 2007)
Homogenization is the hidden objective of uncontrolled illegal immigration.
Fighting against homogenization means fighting against those who want to destroy the diversity of the occidental civilization with its most advanced musical tradition.
Fighting against homogenization means fighting against those who want to destroy Women’s Rights.
I can’t pretend I don’t know. And you?
Why « Parwana » next to « civilicide »?
