Quebec City Music Conservatory from 1964 to 1968. Post-graduate studies at the Instituut voor Sonologie in Utrecht in 1968/69. 1969, founding of the Electronic Music Studio of the Faculty of Music of Laval University. 1970, summer session in Computer Music at the Artificial Intelligence Center of Stanford University in Palo Alto, California.
In 1974, foundation of the Group of Interpretation of Electroacoustic Music (G.I.M.EL). Concerts in Quebec and Ontario then two international tours. First Europe (Belgium – Germany – Holland – France) then the United States (Raleigh – Washington – New York – Boston).
In 1980, in Japan, the visit of the main manufacturers of synthesizers: Yamaha, Korg and Roland. Then founding vice-president of Technos. Responsible for the musical design of the 16 Pi and the Acxel Resynthesizer
